13Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclosures, are the entire agreement between you and Bracton Partners regarding the Site.
